CEO Robert M. Zahn retires from C+W
After 33 years of service, Robert M. Zahn retired from Chewning + Wilmer on April 5, 2019. Robert began working for C+W in 1986 as a journeyman. He advanced to foreman to project planner to project manager over the next 14 years. In 2001, Robert became a shareholder and was named as Vice President. Robert M. Zahn inducted into The Academy of Electrical Contracting! David Hardt welcomes Robert into the Academy as part of the 50 th Anniversary in Philadelphia. The Academy of Electrical Contracting honors outstanding leaders in the electrical contracting industry, and it preserves and utilizes their wealth of experience and knowledge for the benefit of the industry. “Pledge to America’s Workers” program
Robert M. Zahn attended White House advisory board meeting as part of the “Pledge to America’s Workers” program. Robert was part of the NECA delegation at the meeting. NECA pledges to create 60,000 new jobs. Thank you, Robert, for representing our industry and C+W at this event. IBEW + NECA can certainly meet this challenge of providing the best trained electricians in the industry!
