STONE BREWING COMPANY

This 220,000 square foot building features infrastructure for a 250 barrel brew house capable of producing 600,000 barrels annually. This design included the installation of (2) 5000 amp electrical services, a 300kW natural gas generator, and accommodations for roof-mounted solar panels.

This facility also includes 20,000 square feet of office/retail space, a 32,000 square foot large cold box, bottling/keg lines, receiving area, and a testing area. Exterior LED site lighting provides a unique site while crossing the pedestrian bridge over Gillie creek.

With the addition of lighting controls and LED fixtures, this project was able to achieve USGBC LEED credits for certification.
