Chewning + Wilmer utilizes a custom Electrical Product Management Database (EPDM) System that allows us to efficiently manage: IO lists, cable schedules, termination schedules, junction box layouts, wire tags, electrical drawing transmittals, electrical loop drawing production (AutoCad.dwg), and the sizing of conduits/cable trays.

We have the experience needed to work with equipment and control OEM’s to truly allow the project to be implemented with construction, production, and maintenance goals in mind.

Our UL 508A panel shop specializes in the designing/building/testing of electrical panels.

This project was to add a 110,000 square foot building to house new process equipment, and modify much of the existing building layout of equipment. Chewning + Wilmer handled all of the electrical design including lighting, grounding, power distribution in the new building and the power addition to the facility.

Large Polymer Plant

The Ohio plant has had a Re-Instrumentation upgrade projects ongoing since 2008. Personnel at Chewning + Wilmer have worked as the main Electrical, Instrumentation, Construction engineers on these projects since they started.
